3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

For those who want a good cookie with no fuss

This is another quarantine recipe I decided to make for anyone who couldn’t find flour. I love the simplicity of these, and to my surprise the texture and taste were just as good even though there’s only 3 ingredients!

This recipe makes around 10 cookies

Ingredients:

1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1 Cup Granulated Sugar

1 Large Room Temperature Egg

 Directions:

1.     Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2.     In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

3.     Using a 1 ½ Inch cookie scoop, scoop the dough on to the pan, then gently press down with your fingers or a fork if you want the traditional peanut butter cookie pattern on top.

4.     Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, until lightly golden brown around the edges and on the bottoms.

5.     Allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
