This buffalo chicken dip is addictive. My husband made it for a party a few years ago and he told me that is his most popular dish, and I saw why. That dip was gone in 10 minutes! This buffalo chicken dip is creamy, rich, and super delicious, and relatively easy to make! You can make this in advance and just cover it with foil in the fridge for a day or two before cooking! Just note that if the dip has been chilled, it will take probably 45 minutes to bake.
Yield: 9x13-inch dish
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Container Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 ½ Cups Ranch Dressing
½ Cup Franks Red Hot
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
16 Oz Mozzarella, Shredded
1 Rotisserie Chicken
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, blue cheese, ranch dressing, franks red hot, and garlic powder. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth.
3. Add in half the mozzarella, then remove all the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred it, then add to the dip. Mix the cheese and chicken into the dip, then spread evenly into the 9x13 inch dish.
4. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying with tortilla chips!
